Billing is per treatment, including consultation. Shorter treatments are possible by arrangement.
Initial consultation: The first consultation includes a detailed case history as well as pulse and tongue diagnosis. It takes 60 minutes and costs CHF 150 – the same as a regular session.
Insurance & Reimbursement
I am registered with EMR (the Swiss register for empirical medicine). Most supplementary insurance plans for complementary medicine therefore contribute to the treatment costs – as a guide, many plans reimburse 70–80% per session up to an annual maximum; your policy is what counts. Basic insurance (Grundversicherung) does not cover treatments. Please check the extent of your coverage with your insurer before your first appointment.
Payment for treatments is the patient's responsibility. Whether and to what extent costs are reimbursed depends on your individual policy.

Do I need a doctor's referral?
No, you do not need a referral to be treated at my practice. You can book an appointment directly.
Which payment methods are accepted?
You can pay in cash, with TWINT, or by invoice.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Please bring your insurance card and a current list of your medications.
How do I cancel an appointment?
If you cannot attend an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance by phone or online.
