Chinese Herbal Medicine

Individually composed herbal formulas – tailored to your diagnosis, adjusted over the course of treatment, and sourced from certified Swiss pharmacies and suppliers.

Alongside acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine is one of the major pillars of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Based on the diagnosis – consultation, pulse and tongue diagnosis – I compose an individual formula matched precisely to your complaints and your constitution.

A formula is never a fixed recipe: over the course of treatment it is regularly reviewed and adjusted. I source all herbs exclusively through certified Swiss pharmacies and suppliers, so that quality and purity are assured.

In TCM, herbal formulas are traditionally used as a complementary therapy – they do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment.

Traditional application areas

  • Digestive complaints
  • Sleep problems
  • Menstrual complaints and women's health
  • Immune system (traditional use)
  • Complementing acupuncture
